This single-jointed snaffle is made of durable stainless steel with a twisted wire sweet iron mouthpiece. The short shanks and slight gag action of this bit provide mild leverage to help collect the horse. The addition of a curb chain to this bit can help increase speed, rating, and stop. (Please note: sweet iron is designed to rust)
