This single-jointed snaffle is made of durable stainless steel with a sweet iron and copper inlay mouthpiece to help promote salivation. The short shanks and slight gag action of this bit provide mild leverage to help collect the horse. The addition of a curb chain to this bit can help increase speed, rating, and stop. (Please note: sweet iron is designed to rust)
