A non-prescription preventative for Equine Gastric Ulcer Syndrome. Recommended for healthy horses that will be exposed to stressful conditions or activities that may induce stomach ulcers. Made with the active ingredient omeprazole, which suppresses acid production in the stomach, and at the recommended dosage, effectively prevents the onset of ulcers.
Dosage: 1/4 tube daily during periods of stress for horses weighing 600-1200 lbs. For horses over 1200 lbs., 1/2 tube daily. Cinnamon flavored.
