• Can trainers use the vouchers?

No, the vouchers are specifically intended for distribution to students to support their training journey. Trainers benefit from this program by receiving 110 rewards points (a $10 value) credited to their Loyalty Account with Millbrook. Trainers found using the vouchers themselves will be terminated from the rewards program.

Who is eligible to be a part of the program?

If you're a professional trainer within the equestrian or rodeo world located within 100 miles of Grand Rapids, Michigan, you're eligible!

• What do I need to do to sign up either as a trainer or student?

If you're an equine or rodeo trainer within 100 miles of Grand Rapids, you can sign up at the bottom of this page by filling out our Trainer Application. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your application to be reviewed. Once your application has been accepted, we will send you a follow-up email to inform you.

Students do not need to sign-up for our rewards program. They are automatically eligible for their $25 off $30 or more purchase with the gift of a voucher from their trainer as long as they bring the voucher in-store when the purchase is made.  

• What is the advantage of being in the program as a trainer?

If you sign-up, you'll gain access to our Loyalty Rewards Program, and our VIP Trainer Rewards Facebook Group, as a part of our Trainer Rewards Program. For every student you refer to us, you'll receive 110 points (value of $10) toward your Loyalty Rewards account and your student will receive $25 off their purchase of $30 or more.  

• How does the Loyalty Rewards Program work?

For every dollar you spend, you receive 1 point.

250 points = $20 off

500 points = $50 off

750 points = $75 off

1,000 points = $110 off

2,000 points = $225 off

It's FREE to sign up, you'll do this in your Trainer Application, if you're not already a part of our Loyalty Rewards Program!

• When will I get my rewards points if my student comes in to redeem a voucher?

Your rewards points will be eligible to be redeemed twice yearly, or every 6 months. Your points will automatically be added to your account every 6 months.

• After I fill out my application, what's the next step?

After you've filled out our Trainer Application, we ask that you kindly allow up to 2 weeks for your application to be reviewed. Once your application is reviewed and has been accepted, you'll receive an email welcoming you into our Trainer Rewards Program! We will then craft the appropriate amount of vouchers (based on the size of your student pool) and will have them at the store ready for you to pick up! Shipping is available at the trainer's expense. Once you have your vouchers, you can begin handing them out to any students who may need tack, apparel, horse supplies, etc. this can be an existing student, or a new student. Please note that each student may redeem ONE voucher per 6 months, only.
