Who is eligible for the program?
Professional equine or rodeo trainers within 100 miles of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

How do I sign up?
Trainers can apply by filling out the Trainer Application at the bottom of this page. Please allow up to 2 weeks for review. Approved trainers will receive a confirmation email.

Do students need to sign up?
No, students are automatically eligible for a $25 discount on purchases of $50 or more with a voucher from their trainer.

What benefits do trainers receive?
As a trainer in our program, you’ll gain access to our Loyalty Rewards Program and exclusive VIP Trainer Facebook Group. For every student voucher redeemed, you’ll receive 110 reward points (worth $10).
Example: If 12 students redeem vouchers in 6 months, you’ll earn 1,320 points, valued at $110, to use in-store.

How does the Loyalty Rewards Program work?
Earn 1 point per dollar spent:

• 250 points = $20 off
• 500 points = $50 off
• 750 points = $75 off
• 1,000 points = $110 off
• 2,000 points = $225 off

Bonus: Points never expire!

When do I receive my reward points for student vouchers?
Points are added to your account twice a year, every 6 months.

Can trainers use the vouchers?
No, vouchers are exclusively for students. Trainers earn rewards by referring students. Misuse will result in removal from the program.

What can students use vouchers for?
Vouchers are for tack, riding apparel, horse supplies, and similar items. They cannot be used on home decor, toys, or gifts.

What happens after I submit my application?
Once approved, you’ll receive a welcome email. Vouchers for your students will be ready for pickup at our store, or available for shipping at your expense. Each student may redeem one voucher every 6 months.
