AniMed Ulc-R-Aid

Unique, broad-spectrum supplement designed to nutritionally support horses of all ages with gastric ulcers. Protects against the two major causes of stomach ulcers in horses - stress and prolonged exposure to high levels of stomach acid. Concentrated formula combines calcium and magnesium (antacids) with the protective healing properties of ColostraShield, "mother nature's protective shield," a natural alternative to pharmaceuticals and antibiotics with no side effects. ColostraShield contains over 37 important immune factors and more than 8 growth factors that nutritionally aid in combating illness while protecting against infection. They work to repair and reverse the damage caused by disease and stress.

Contains dextrose, brewers yeast supplement, bovine colostrum, l-tryptophan, thiamine monohydrate, magnesium oxide and calcium carbonate.

Dosage: 1-2 Tbsp daily per 1,000 lbs body wt; 2-4 Tbsp 1/2 to 1 hr prior to event which may cause stress or excitement. 4 lbs = about 64-day supply at 1 Tbsp rate.
